  • If the vehicle's original headlamp circuit also functions as a daytime running light (DRL), the SLDHH4 harness is required for proper operation. In some applications, an RES3 resistor may also be required.

The LUMENS HPL SLD46DOT is a 4x6-inch DOT-compliant LED sealed beam headlight designed as a direct replacement for compatible traditional sealed beam units. Featuring integrated LED chips and projector optics, the assembly delivers a controlled beam pattern and effective light distribution for improved forward visibility. The complete LED assembly replaces the original sealed beam unit, providing instant full brightness, reduced power consumption, and a modern white light appearance. Designed and tested to meet applicable DOT requirements for light output and beam pattern, the SLD46DOT offers a straightforward LED lighting upgrade for compatible sealed beam headlight applications.
