Replacement parts for Xenon HID systems are not warrantied when sold separately. 1 Year Limited Warranty is offered when all parts required to form a complete system is sold together in one sales transaction (either in kit form or group of individual parts). Proof of all items purchased together on one receipt is required for warranty purposes (bulbs, ballasts, and igniters). New bulbs, ballasts and igniters purchased together MUST be replaced / installed together to qualify for warranty, otherwise warranty is void. As the items degrade over time, their performance will change. It is important that ballasts and bulbs stay balanced to work well together. Older parts are likely to cause newer parts to fail prematurely.
