Prices shown on our website do not include international tariffs, duties, or brokerage fees. Where applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the destination country’s customs office or courier upon delivery. For orders shipped to the USA, duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout. Because duties and tariffs are prepaid at checkout, no additional fees or invoices will be due upon delivery for shipments destined to the USA.
We currently ship to the USA using Canada Post / USPS, as these carriers do not charge additional brokerage fees. Duties and tariffs are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in product or shipping prices. These charges are calculated at checkout and will appear as a separate line item, ensuring they are collected in advance and remitted directly to U.S. Customs. All other courier options to the USA are temporarily disabled due to excessive brokerage fees, which start at $45 in addition to duties and tariffs, regardless of shipment value.
Be advised that delivery times may be affected by ongoing changes to U.S. trade policies and tariffs. Customs clearance and courier processing may experience delays as procedures are updated to comply with evolving regulations.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside of Canada. This includes, but is not limited to, packages that are refused, returned, or undelivered due to unpaid duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees.
