Be advised that delivery times may be affected by ongoing changes to U.S. trade policies and tariffs. Customs clearance and courier processing may experience delays as procedures are updated to comply with evolving regulations.
We currently offer shipping to the U.S. via Canada Post and USPS, as these carriers do not charge additional brokerage fees. However, duties and tariffs will apply and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. All other courier options have been temporarily disabled due to excessive brokerage fees starting at $45, regardless of shipment value.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside of Canada. This includes, but is not limited to, packages that are refused, returned, or undelivered due to unpaid duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees.
