LUMENS HPL LED and Xenon conversion harnesses are engineered to make headlight upgrades function properly on modern vehicles, not just power them. Each harness connects directly to the battery with an inline fuse to supply clean, stable power, while using the vehicle’s original bulb socket only as a signal input and routing controlled output power to the LED bulbs or Xenon ballasts. Each harness powers a pair of bulbs or ballasts for a complete left and right headlight setup. Unlike conventional relay harnesses, these harnesses include an integrated electronic control module designed to address common upgrade challenges such as CANbus warning and flicker issues, plus DRL related complications. Built with pure OFC copper wiring and application specific connectors, each version is tailored to the correct bulb type for a true plug and play fit.
